Started with phone screen interview with recruiter, a very nice gentleman named Jeff, who gave a brief and clear introduction of the company and patiently guide me through the process, followed by a short online test (program + concept + IQ?), then a short technical discussion with CTO (via phone), another short discussion with studio manager (via phone), and finally a whole afternoon onsite interview with the entire studio team (about 30 people split in three group interview sessions), they treated me a healthy lunch before the interview to make sure that I got enough energy for the process.
They not only want to make sure the candidate is technical competent but also want to ensure the candidate is a team player.
