Unnecessarily lengthy and arbitrary hiring process. I found the feedback (from some of the hiring team) rather confusing, and coming from a place of insecurity. Rather disappointed with the experience, as I thought I had a lot to offer and I didn't think I was given opportunity to demonstrate it. My advice is to be honest with yourself and align beforehand as a team on what you are looking for in a role. Then, streamline the hiring process with only relevant people.
