tl;dr -- great experience! I had four main rounds: recruiter, hiring manager, team members, and leadership. The process was seamless -- they set proper expectations, had fantastic communication (even sent good luck texts before the call which I loved!), kept me informed throughout (the recruiter checked in after each round, etc), and were completely transparent about compensation from the very first call. The recruiting/interview experience along with all of the great people I met made MNTN my top choice and a very easy decision to accept an offer from.

Keep in mind, I did not apply for this role. I was reached out to by a recruiter, which after that initial interview with them. I was invited to attend another interview. The hiring manager was on PTO, but I was scheduled to meet with someone else in their place. The interview was very awkward and I was reminded at the beginning that we had 27 minutes to talk, which made me feel like I shouldn't go over the allotted time. I also was not asked to share any information about my previous experiences and how it would align. I also felt like all of my answers were combative with their experience they've had previously. The person also came off as they did not want to interview on Friday, and that they were not open to chatting with me.
