HR Donna found my information online. She called and told me about the company and asked me about my background and experience. She sent me an online survey which took about 10 minutes. I came in a couple of days later and met with Amy, Andy, and Larry. They asked me questions about what I wanted in a career and my mechanic experience. I took an online mechanics test and then was offered a job. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The interview was different then what I am used to but once I wasn't nervous it was good.
