Entrevista
Very pleasant and not overly intimidating. I first received an email about setting up a phone interview where I was asked about my customer service experience. She then scheduled an interview at the office that was more of a speed dating type interview. You spoke with 3-4 associates briefly about yourself and what you would bring to the Lyft team. I was then a week later emailed about scheduling a customer scenario interview. THis is where they put you through mock customers calls to see how you interact with the customer. I was then emailed about an interview with the customer service lead which was very casual, mainly questions about you and your style of customer service. A day later I recieved an offer via phone. The whole process was pleasant and not stressful at all.

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

It's 3 part where you're asked to give examples of how you've handled difficult situations. What customer service means to you. Why are you interested in this role and why do you think you'd be a good fit for it.

Entrevista
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
