I got referred by a colleague. They contacted me very quickly. My language skills were tested. They asked me a few questions regarding my motivation for the position and why would I like to work for this company. I went through two interviews before they offered me the position. No technical examination. Fast feedback and friendly treatment.

Over 2 months from start to finish. Very little communication in the early-mid stages after application submission. The interview consisted of 2 team leads and 2 supervisors in a round table discussion. Each took turns asking questions and evaluating me.
