Fairly standard process. Resume drop on LinkedIN. Within a week a phone screen interview was requested (30 min). Within a week I had a phone interview with the hiring manager (30-45 min). Roughly a week later, I had in person interviews with the sales operations (2 for 30 min each).

Pregunta 1
The first of the two in-person interviews was focused on a sales performance case study. The case study involved three parts, each with expanded data of sales team performance over time. Questions mainly focused on what insight and recommendations I had based on the given data.
