The interview process was very Fun friendly comfortable environment. the managers are very nice and friendly to talk to. The company and stores are very lgbtq+ friendly. dressing for the interview is business casual. They interview is more like talking to your friends about yourself. no one is trying to intimidate you.

What are three strengths and three weakness you have?
Very quick, in back room with store manager. Initial phone screening as well. Went very smoothly and just be yourself. Use examples from past jobs you have had on your resume.
The interview process was fairly easy for me. However I did have extensive retail experience. However they have hired people with little experience in a rush during busy seasons. They asked if I ever had any retail experience.

It was very easy and chill. I basically just walked in, went to the backroom, and the interviewed me. I got a call back a few days later offering me the job. I ended up not taking it.
