Managers prepared no questions and were late to the interview. I had to come in separate times. It was casual which was fine, but they didn’t seem to take it seriously. It also took months from initial application and I was given an unprofessional excuse for the lateness. Overall very disappointed that I wasted my time pursuing a position at LCS.
