Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Logitech (Fremont, CA) en oct 2011
Entrevista
First a phone interview that was basically screening according to me. Then an onsite the following week where there were 7 interview rounds, each for about 30-40 mins with peers (4) and directors (3). Interviewers were from cross functional teams as well to try and see whether I could fit into their synergy. Since job position was project management, there were lot of those related questions.
Finally after a couple of weeks a call to meet with the VP of Engineering which is a 30 min interview and finally an offer letter. Pretty simple interviews. Just be truthful and enjoy the process. The people are the best part of this company. Extremely friendly and always smile!

What would you do if the project is being delayed and schedule pushed because the main manufacturer is not able to meet dates?
It was well structures with multiple interview rounds. However, it took really long for everything, getting from one round to the next one. Getting the final offer also took a bit longer but overall everyone was very professional and all questions were answered adequately,

Entrevista ok, o cargo tinha tudo a ver com o meu perfil, porém não tivoe nenhum retorno após a entrevista, mesmo pedindo feedback diversas vezes, o contato ignorou as mensagens.

Interview experience was straight forward and fair questions were asked; they wanted to understand sense of product, development experience, interaction with cross-functional teams, etc... First interview was with hiring manager, second was with a panel of 4 engineers, and last was with the head of product.
However, my experience after all of the rounds of the interview was horrid. After a couple of days, I received a verbal offer from the recruiter, however they mentioned that there were things going wrong with the job req and they would fix it in a few days. A week had gone by and the recruiter had not mention anything until I reached out. They mentioned that the job req was not approved, hence the job was cancelled.
Moral of the story, I would suggest to make sure that the job that you are applying is actually valid and that the business has budget for by asking.
