Recruiter contacted me over LinkedIn. I was asked to complete a 30 min pre employment assessment (cognitive and personality) by email. A technical phone interview followed it. After finishing it successfully, had to take the cognitive assessment again(!) while the recruiter was proctoring it. I was the next step was onsite, for which I never got the invite. Upon following up with the recruiter, I was told the position has been filled already a week before. Very unprofessional team.
