Like most companies, Lockheed Martin receives many applications and has a highly automated process for sorting through them and weeding out the undesirable applications. For this reason, it is important to get to know at least one Lockheed employee before applying and, preferably, have that employee submit your resume with a hire recommendation.

Frankly, I don't remember the questions they asked me when they first hired me. It was a long time ago. More recently, I was asked in an internal interview, "what are your weaknesses?".
Two phone calls, one from the group manager and the second one with another senior manager, just questions about the role and experience, no behavioral circus. Usually there is also a screeening call from HR but not this time.
