Hiring process was just like any graduate level position. They want to show you who they are as a company and prove to you that they are the best company for you.
Applied for position, two weeks later got an email wanting me to come in for an on-site interview. Waited a month for a response and got my offer.

Quite easy, very transparent. The interview was scheduled quickly and I found back quickly that I was able to get the job. The interview itself was a little difficult, but not too bad

Apply online, then interview with manager of items team. STAR style questions about past experiences. They lay it out for you so it's not too bad. I would prepare for the typical STAR examples you find on google.
