I applied for their Senior Software Engineer position and the first step was an HR call which was really standard discussion about my experience and expectations. The second step was hiring a manager which was also pretty standard in that they asked me some technical questions to understand if my knowledge met the criteria. After this call, I got an assignment that required a lot of time to design an API for the front-end developers to integrate a few use cases. After that, I got a technical interview with two developers and discussed my assignment and I got immediately positive feedback from them. But, after a while, an HR manager wanted me to have another interview about my experience and salary expectations which I really didn't understand what was the purpose of this call, anyway, at the end of the call, he told me that they would get back to me, and I waited 2 weeks, after 2 weeks later, they sent me an answer which they already decided to continue with other candidates. This is really unprofessional.
