There were 4 stages of interview, first was phone call with hiring specialist. next two interviews were over zoom. They stated this was special and normally the 3rd and 4th interview are in person. my second interview was with team manager, third was with her manager, and 4th interview was with multiple other managers on the team. first email after initial application from first day was about two months over all. phone interview questions: tell me about yourself, are you familiar with(applicable software), work environment you're used to. zoom interviews: strengths and weaknesses, tell me about a time..., how do you work under pressure. very basic questions and friendly people. always ask how are you doing first! be friendly first if you can.
