The whole process was totally haphazard and splintered. The answers are often completely subjective, but treated as though there is one objective answer. The job itself never truly related to the outdated and cripplingly clumsy training scheme. Me and 5 other friends did this test, and all me and one other failed. Some got through via informed guesswork.
