Group interview 3 hours long, then one on one. They start training you for the week long mandatory training to see if you are a good candidate. They also teach you about the company and their methods. A lot of people showed up. All were pretty much wearing black skirts and white blouses and maybe a black blazer. This is pretty much what the staff wore too.

Background and experience in working with children. They also want your availability and do not make it clear that you will not have regular hours. You may be asked to go home the same day if they are slow.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
