Fairly standard. Met with hiring manager, then an initial technical screen consisting of a system design challenge. Following those, a 'Virtual onsite' was conducted consisting of 5 meetings - 'Cross-functional Partnership', 'Coding', 'Tech Leadership', 'System Design', then 'Hiring Manager', but with a senior manager (the initial reporting manager's boss).
Due to having other offers, Lime provided a hiring decision the morning after the final interview.

Entrevista
Initial phone screen followed by a call with the hiring manager. Another technical screen, followed by a virtual on-site consisting of pair programming, system design, leadership, and cross functional partnership. Interviewers all seemed happy and energized to be there, and were engaged throughout. There’s a distinct focus on solving practical problems in the technical interviews, rather than the usual LC grind which was good to see, and it helped spark good conversations that helped me better understand the team. The recruiter was great and helped coordinate the best times for my schedule, while keeping me in the loop throughout. Overall a great impression!
