A written test followed by a face to face interview with 2 senior programmers and a HR person. The talk took about an hour and the people were very welcoming. The questions ranged from HTML basics to JavaScript details.

The selection process was divided into two phases. In the first phase, I spoke with a HR person. The conversation was pleasant. We talked about my previous experience. Half of the conversations were in English. I got information about the company and the jobs they work for. The second round of conversations was technical to determine the level of my JavaScript knowledge. The questions were theoretical.
