Interview was scheduled following an initial screening via the company's externally sourced recruiting company. Met with two administrative assistants assuming similar responsibilities as the available position, following the hiring associate who had recently been promoted from the position looking to be filled. Questions were standard: why Levis, tell us about a time you put out a fire, what are your long term plans, what makes you a good fit for this position, etc.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by the 3 shift supervisors. They asked me a variety of typical questions and provided a brief description of what the job entailed. I took about 30 minutes, after which time I completed an assessment on the computer. It tested me on my knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
