Phone call to set up initial interview. Email invitations sent regarding additional interviews.

I applied online and received a call 1 or 2 days later from the HR to schedule an interview. Interview itself was very formal, and one of the questions asked was to describe myself and provide strong and weak points, and they also asked me what I know about the company to see whether I did my homework. I asked for their business cards and sent a thank you email right after the interview and was offered with a job the following day.
