This was initially set up via an external Recruiter. No Phone interview to start with and jumped straight to Face to Face interview. In terms of research - there's limited information available on the net and their company website appears to display very limited info about themselves. The interview was initially setup with the hiring manager and the team however on the day of the interview - just the team showed up! Great!!
