L1 round went well and focused mainly on the ITOM module, especially Discovery and Service Mapping. I answered confidently and covered all key points, but unfortunately, I got rejected afterward.

2 to 3 min of interview and did not ask any tech related question. worst interviewer ever faced, neither he asked anything relevant to project and at 3rd min of interview he said do you have any questions for me... like really how can someone judge within 2-3 mins?? not expected from such company. also he was busy in some work .. said while interview i am working on a ticket.. if you are working on something then please don't schedule and waste any candidates time....
