Entrevista
1. Online Assessment:

Technical Discussions: Be prepared to discuss your understanding of relevant technologies and frameworks.
3. HR Interview:
Fit Assessment: The interviewer will evaluate your cultural fit with the company's values and work environment.
Behavioral Questions: Expect questions about your past experiences, problem-solving approach, and career goals.
Company and Role Understanding: Demonstrate your knowledge of LTI Mindtree and the specific role you're applying for

Explain OOP concepts like inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction.

1st step - Assessment
2nd step - AI interview
3rd step - Technical interview(Questions on the projects mentioned in the cv and then python and oops related questions and then 3 coding questions basic and then questions on dbms)
4th step - HR interview

I had answered all the questions and interviewer was satisified with the coded solution for the questions. Still got rejection mail. There's no transaprenncy at all. Even if your interview goes well, there is no interview that u will get selected.
