A short phone interview a couple of days after application with pretty standard situational questions as it pertained to the role. If considered two additional video interviews will occur with various stakeholders.

Online, then I called the store. Typical run around but I kept calling till I was told to call HR. 3 calls I spoke with someone that advised the store would reach out.
Not overly formal. Standard questions you would expect to be asked in interview. Two step process for me. Pretty straight forward questions and overall pleasant experience. Staff was nice and inviting.
It was a group interview and the manager showed up 15 minutes late. They were short tempered and seemed to want to rush it along. She asked us to leave and said we would hear back that day. Nothing.
