I first applied online and had to go through a "personality" test. I have heard in the past that you have to "pass" the test in order for them to even look at your application. Then I received a phone call to schedule an interview. The first scheduled time of the interview the interviewer did not show up so we had to reschedule. During the interview he asked some basic questions, then gave me a drug test and said that they didn't waste money on drug tests for people they didn't plan to hire, but he couldn't officially offer me the job until the drug test came back
