I was contacted 2 weeks later for an interview, which was with the supervisor to the position and the associate director of the organization. Interview process was both formal and comfortable, with questions asked regarding interviewee's position on various philosophies dealing specific to the position in question. After 3 weeks an offer was made and accepted.
