Easy interview. It was a group interview with four other candidates and one interviewer. All questions were situation questions about "what would you do in this situation. Got the job in 2016, and it only took one interview.

In-person interview focused on behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, handling customers, and multitasking. Other customer service basic questions and responses. A lot of how to and situational questions.
Just normal questions. Was not hard. Mostly talked about my pass jobs. I cant say more about it. I would say apple for a job . If you like people and like to talk you will like it.
Basic interview structure, over Meet, very simple process and fast hiring. Step by step email setting expectations and preparation for interview. Pleasant process and overall experience. Interviewer was knowledgeable and very friendly.
