Met with recruiter at college career fair. He followed up with offering an on-campus interview within the week. Simple behavioral questions and some mild accounting technicals. Wanted to make sure you understood Koch investment philosphy.

Entrevista
The process was very informal in my opinion. First there was a "get to know you" dinner, and then the actual interview was the next day. The day of the interview, I had four, thirty minute interviews, mostly asking about my background and other behavioral questions. Just learn "Why Koch" and you should be fine.
