Everything was clear and understandable. Lukas provided all the information about the company, it's perks, and the job position. After that, we talked about my previous job experience. Last but not least, we had a "question session" from my side and everything was answered smoothly.

The process was overall very pleasant, both the recruiter and managers were very helpful, with great attitudes. I liked how open they were about the processes in the company and what are their expectations. They set a clear vision for the role and motivated me to join as they made me feel like a very valuable member of the team. All 3 interviewees showed that the culture in the company is very close and people are valued and respected. Additionally, they care about people's development and creativity, so new ideas and learnings are always welcome.
