Easily the most poorly communicated, unorganized process I’ve ever been a part of. After two months of phone and in person interviews the process ended with no feedback or information. The entire process was poorly communicated including an over 4hr day meeting with 10 different people at corporate. This dragged on with no communication as to when a decision would be made or ultimately why a decision was made. For a company that has been around for 30+ years they really seem to struggle with the interview process and conducting it in a professional manner.
