General phone screening followed by an unexpected 1+ hour writing assignment (not mentioned in any emails or description). I was told there were no wrong answers and was even asked to provide a time slot for another interview. After doing this a couple of days later I was told I won't be considered further and when I asked for feedback because I was confused why they'd ask me for times and not follow through I was given radio silence. In my opinion in a very unprofessional process.
