9 Steps: 4 phone interviews including those with the recruiter and my manager. 1 video demonstrating speaking and teaching abilities (I also assume this video is to verify that you fit the Kenra "look"). 1 Meyers-Briggs test. 1 sales aptitude test. 1 5 page 20+ questionnaire requiring essay-type answers. 1 in-person technical interview at the HQ.

None of the questions were particularly difficult, but 3 of the 4 interviewers asked me how I would handle disagreements with upper-management. This struck me as strange at the time and I should have listened more to this "red flag."
very long process 2-3 months long. Had to hound them for interviews. 5 phone interviews with same questions. Nice employees, but didn't get a genuine vibe. Very disorganized. 30 questionnaire asking same questions but in different context. IQ test was discouraging, questions that were impossible to answer. Almost take themselves too serious for a mediocre position.

Almost 2 months total - online personality/IQ assessments, written essay, phone interviews. As I was keeping friends and family posted on my interviewing status, a few commented how long and drawn out they thought it was. It was definitely thorough!
