I submitted an application online. I was emailed a few days later inviting me to attend a virtual informational call where they give more information about the role. At end of the informational you had to let them know if you were still interested in the role. I think there were about 14 people on the call. I got a call about 2 days later asking me about my background in financial aid and my desired salary. Then she scheduled me a virtual interview with the financial aid managers and sent me a basic math test that you had to complete before the virtual interview. I had the virtual interview the next day or so. Now, an hour before the interview I had did another virtual interview with another school super nice group so I was in a very good mood because that went really well . Now I log on to Kaplan ready give it my best one Manager was slumped in the chair the other one just sitting there. They whole mood just threw me off lol I understand they probably did several interviews that day before me but it didn't have to show. I answered the questions and smiled as they did too a little but to be honest if they would have offered me the role I would not have taken it. It did not feel like a good fit. I never followed up nor did they.
