Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Kaplan en jul 2011
Entrevista
I submitted a resume and application via a job board and the Kaplan site. I was invited to make a 5-minute online teaching presentation on a topic of my choice. Several candidates joined the Skype-like videoconference and took turns presenting. Of the six of us, only one (not me!) seemed relaxed. The rest of us seemed awkward trying to talk to a computer camera as though it was a "class." I think that the "online presentation" interview was designed to let Kaplan see which candidates were already very comfortable with video-cam instruction. But it was artificially difficult since no conversation was possible; not a real video-conference.

The most difficult thing was to choose a topic about which you could demonstrate enthusiasm and clarity but which wasn't academic. Other job sites advised very simple things, like how to boil spaghetti.
