I was aware there would be a total of 4 interviews for this position. I had a total of 3 interviews within a 2-week timeframe. Then there was no further communication from anyone with this company. I sent follow-up emails after each interview. After the 3rd interview, I emailed the internal recruiter and never heard back. Several days later I emailed the person who would be my manager and she too ghosted me. I would have been delighted if I was given a job offer, but I also understand they may have found a candidate they felt was better suited for them. This position is within the Human Resources department, and I only interviewed with other Human Resources professionals. I send thank you emails after each interview. I also sent follow up emails to two different individuals that I had an interview with to say I am still interested in this position, and I was ghosted. Since, I only interview will people within the Human Resources department, I would have thought they would have reached back out to me saying I wasn't offered the job.
