Took 4 weeks in total but it was because in July, everyone in Finland was on vacation and so was the hiring manager. Only had one interview, which was an hour, and then a quick test for 20 mins right after the interview. Overall, the experience was positive even though later the hiring manager informed me that they chose an internal candidate. However, they gave me positive feedback and I like their streamlined process. The hiring manager - who is the Head of Business Control - was the one who interviewed me and clearly, he knew what he expected from candidates. It was easy to talk about finance-related matters and my experience. The short test was super relevant for the role as well.
