Applied to KLA Tencor (Singapore). Interview was scheduled within 1 week of shortlisting (but applied three months prior--got delayed because of covid pandemic). The interviewers (3) were kind and approachable. The interview lasted for an hour, all but 1 on technical skills and background knowledge of optics. Very heavy on technical questions but they are patient with you. They emphasize heavily on the demands of the role as well and if you plan further studies or not. Also have some sort of a quiz during the interview to check whether you really know optics or not.
Still waiting for results of interview, they told me I should know within weeks.

3. Technical questions.
3x rounds. One screening, second general and then a panel of technical questions plus a presentation with questions and answers at the end. Most interviews were done remotely over Zoom.

Entrevista
The first round was an intial screening round followed by presentation round and then 1:1 rounds. Presentation round was pretty tricky and the most crucial one. However, 1:1 rounds doesn't take much time. Everything was focussed on the resume.
