Basically had the job when I stepped through the door for the first time, manager said that we had to get ourselves recorded for the company. Pretty easy questions, would be told when my answer could've been better. Easily aced it without any help. They basically need to send in the tape to higher management to make sure you're not mentally insane/unstable. Seriously, I doubt many people will fail seeing the kind of coworkers I had that passed.
