Went there for technical interview. Tried to explain but they were already in negative state of mind. This is first time, i felt sad in the interview. They also have to respect the interviewee, at least experienced ones. Thank for the time someone visits your company. Show how good your company is.. Make it comfortable. I left company premises asap after the interview, didn't ask anything.

Interview Process is Okay Depending on the team you are joining the process varies I took 2 interviews with two different teams from the same company.One manager was keen on giving a prior problem to solve before the interview process where as the other team was more focussed on In person Interview. Prepare well based on your Skill set and it shoudlnt be very difficult. Teams are nice and often share knowledge and help you in the process.Interview process is also Nice manager comes and takes you to the interview room and they might conduct with a group of team/panel or in person with 3 members.
