Interview group was a small audience with direct questions about background experience and how I dealt with specific situations, They were transparent about the current state of affairs and challenges they saw that the position would need to address and remedy. No surprises.
Very inclusive with several different layers of the organization from upper management to peers. Profession, scheduled all the travel arrangements and paid for it ahead of the trip. Used a recruiter to work with all the details.
