The hiring manager reached out to me after being put in touch through a mutual connection. I had two pleasant phone interviews with the hiring manager before accepting the offer and being asked to complete the additional requirements (background check, drug screening, etc).

Fair, respectable, interviewer explained the position and what they would need from me in the role. Went over the company, and asked me if the role aligned with my current career path. My boss was very knowledgeable so she was able to go over all the details of the job that I had questions on.
