Entrevista
The interview on a group interview with 7 other people. We did group activities like a game. The game was building a structure with building blocks, and a person was allowed to see it for 10 seconds and instruct the other group members on what they saw. The next activity was pitching a sales idea for the store, and presenting it to the group. It was very informal. I actually had a lot of fun.

It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Entrevista
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
