Very dingy hiring enviroment but it was your typical retail job. They take you in a back room with a bunch of other teenagers and begin to ask you questions about general life and what you would do in this or that situation. It was overall very easy and was wrapped up in less than 30 min, It also keeps the spotlight jumping from people to people, instead of just on you.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Entrevista
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
