I participated in a 45 minute phone interview with an internal recruiter. Next I was invited onsite for a Second Round, three-hour interview session with five, separate associates and one associate from the HR Department. Then I had a Final Round in-person interview for thirty minutes with the SVP, General Counsel with JCPenney. Lastly, I was contacted by the inside recruiter and presented with an offer of employment for this position.
