Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en J.P. Morgan en ene 2022
Entrevista
Most and confusing and potentially worst interview experience I have ever had. First weird thing was that I had to share my screen and pull up my own IDE to do the technical questions, which I have never done before. I was not told about this before hand, so was not prepared and had to spend a few valuable minutes getting it setup. As I was coding solutions to the question, and explaining my thought process, the interviewer said almost nothing. For around 40 minutes, there was pretty much zero communication from the interviewers side aside from the occasional comment, and then telling me the next thing to implement. Then, while I was in the middle of coding a solution and explaining what I was doing, the interviewer stops me mid sentence, tells me there are 2 minutes left and asks if I have any questions. No feedback, No comments, nothing at all. All of this left me feeling really confused. It was a huge put off. Haven't heard anything back yet, but will not be accepting regardless.

Interviewed with VP two weeks ago, after that no response from the recruiter about the interview or next steps still following up with the recruiter no response. At least I am expecting to get a response about the interview update.
Got contacted by an hr through LinkedIn and had a call the next day, was assured that a hiring manager would contact me soon to set up an interview. Got a response from them 2 weeks later, set up an interview with the developers. Ghosted after it.
“Did the J.P. Morgan online assessment—no live interview. It was mostly logic and problem-solving questions, not typical leetcode stuff. Fairly tricky, but instructions were clear and the timing felt reasonable
