For me it was a 15 minute interview with someone at HR and a week later an hour interview with the leadership at the location and department that was interested in me.

Why are you interested in market research/working at Ipsos?
Standard corporate interview process, 3 rounds via Zoom. Informal session first, skill-based session second, test-centre final stage. Everything is based around Market research - including quant data questions and skill assessment.
Interviewed for S3 internship in NY. Straight forward interview. Behavioral + Case. Case was on the easier side. Friendly Interviewer and heavily marketing Focused. They ended up ghosting me after 3 rounds though.

Entrevista
I was interviewed via telephone. The interviewer went through the CV and raised follow-up questions on experiences that are especially relevant to the current project. They also introduced what my specific role would be and confirmed my ability to complete the tasks.
