Entrevista
I applied on the university website and got an email stating that I will be interviewed on a specified date, and I was supposed to b present by 11am. I reached at the desired time but the process started after 3 pm. The campus is situated outside the city and the canteens at the campus were not operative. Sadly, there were no arrangements for refreshments and by the time I got interviewed, I was already famished and consequently dizzy.

They asked me questions pertaining to my CV, academics, my masters degree and plans for Doctorate. There were questions about subject specifics and also certain questions relating to teaching aptitude. Lastly they negotiated salary.

Shortlisted and invited for the interview.
Attended interview.
No management during interview
Interview Panel was full of stupids...
After attending the interview, I have found that most of the interview panel expert dont have PhD.
- but it was completely waste of time as well as money.

Entrevista
The interview panel at the beginning asked for introduction. Then they asked to explain Master Degree Project work. If any research papers were published by the candidate, they would be asked to show it and explain. In this way they probably check upon candidate s proficiency in English. Entire interview is video recorded. At the end of interview the HR team would ask for expected salary.
