Preguntas de entrevista para Intraway Corporation

Hubo una primer call para conocernos un poco mas, y de decidir avanzar la empresa continua con dos entrevistas mas. El equipo de recursos humanos es muy amable y atento.

Very straightforward, they asked you about your experience, maybe a little too much interviews (4) and then you get to do a written test, which you can use google because they don't expect you to know everything by heart.

Normal. Despues no me llamaron mas! La chica que me hizo la entrevista no era de rrhh y estaban todos apurados porque ese dia jugaba la selección

Muy ameno, se evacuaron odas las dudas desde el principio. Tuve una entrevista telefónica con RRHH. Una presencial con un referente del área. Una técnica con el reference del área y una última administrativo con RRHH para charlar sobre la oferta.

First interview was with a HR BP. Was a short interview where she described the company and the basics for the role they were looking for. She also asked me for my salary intentions. Before leaving she said there was another interview with the Sales Director in a couple of days as they needed to cover the position very quick. The interview with the Director never took place and HR never sent me feedback about the hiring process. A couple of week later I contacted her and she said the position was already covered. A lack of professionalism and courtesy.

One on one interview with the team leader. He asked me a few questions about myself and then a few technical questions.After that he told me what I would be doing if I accepted my position.

The interview process was OK and the questions were not so difficult to answer. The interview was in the office and the interviewer told me about the company and the posibilities to grow in the company

First interviewed through a headhunting agency. Second interview was at the company with HR. Third interview was with the Director of Global Communications. Normal interview process in terms of questions and they readily answered all of my questions including benefits and reason for position vacancy. Took one test during the second interview, correcting grammar, spelling, etc in an English product publication and also in a shorter Spanish publication. Negative - Asked me what I wanted to make and then did not answer what they were looking for. After 3 interviews, they unprofessionally ceased communications. Most likely hired a less qualified person for much less money. Also did not come through on a commitment for per diem work.

First you have an interview with a human resources employee and he gives you a written exam, then you have to wait to the exam to be corrected and they call you for a technical interview with an employee who may be your future boss. Then they call you back to make an offer.
