      Are you tired of your mundane life and seeking some adventure? You should meet one of the most disorganized talent recruitment teams, working tirelessly to frustrate you. First, they called me at 8 PM to inform me that my profile was accepted. Then, they provided a link for a meeting the next day, which was supposed to include four people, including the creative head who knows more about design. However, only HR showed up. They asked me to complete an assignment, which I did. It took them a full week to inform me that there was a change in requirements and they were now looking for a senior resource. I called the person who had contacted me to ask for the reason, and I was told, "We spoke with the team, and now they need someone senior who can help with branding." I explained that I have four years of experience and was a senior graphic designer in my previous company, with a specialization in brand design. The representative then shifted the requirements, stating, "But we need someone with eight years of experience." Now, the question is: Did they not know this beforehand? Do they have any clarity about their needs or the position they’re trying to fill? Do they call a retail store instead of firefighters when their office catches fire? Apart from this, the corporate staff at {IK} seem to lack any sense of responsibility. When I didn’t receive a response about my assignment, I had to directly ask for feedback and status. I was told the person evaluating it was unwell and they would let me know by the next day. Again, there was no response the following day. I was given a brief rejection a day later in just two sentences: "There is a change in requirement. We are now looking for a senior resource." It’s a relief to move on from such an unprofessional group. Such an unsympathetic team, posing as a professional organization, should not succeed.
